Anoka Care Center is a 97 bed skilled care facility located at 1040 Madison Street in Anoka, MN. Our quaint setting nestled within a quiet residential neighborhood makes you feel at home even before stepping through our doors. Warmth and tenderness is felt throughout our environment. We offer both private and semi-private rooms. In 2004, we opened our 23 bed rehabilitation unit to assist seniors with their rehabilitiation needs. We have an enclosed courtyard with beautiful gardens for those who enjoy an outdoor oasis.
