Home Health of Western Colorado

Volunteers of America Home Health of Western Colorado has been serving local communities for over 5 years, adding to the continuum of care for Volunteers of America. Our Home Health provides services in Mesa, Delta, Montrose, and Ouray Counties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services include skilled nursing, home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and community resource coordination. Our agency offers specialty programs including lymphodema management, telehealth monitoring of vital signs, Wound V.A.C. for faster wound healing, fingerstick coagulation testing offering immediate results, electronic medication dispensers, and personal response equipment.
